ROAD WINE CAVES

Located in the heart of Strasbourg, Vino Strada is a family business founded by Isabelle Kraemer in 1998.

Passionate sommeliers, Isabelle and her team make it a point of honor to select artisan winemakers who respect the land, with an organic, biodynamic or natural approach.

The two Strasbourg wineries, in the hyper-centre and the Krutenau district, work together and offer a range of around 3,500 wines and 500 spirits.

Numerous Masterclasses on wine and spirits punctuate the year.

At the opening of the Christmas market, our traditional winegrowers' fair takes place, bringing together more than ten exceptional producers, each presenting their iconic vintages.

For me, wine is a product of civilization. Evolving, it forces us to learn every day. I am happy to see that for over 25 years it has been strengthening social bonds and placing us in a relationship of time and space.

As a child in the 80s, we drank branded wines: Duboeuf, Jaboulet, Chapoutier... During my studies, in the 90s, we asked for appellation wines in the cellar: Chablis, Pommard, Saint-Emilion...
For my part, I have always believed in wines produced with the greatest respect for the terroir and the environment, supporting artisans from Languedoc to the Loire Valley, from Savoie to Alsace, including the Champagne wine region.

The positive evolution of wines in this direction today makes me happy.

I am proud to follow the progress of these men in the noble sense of the term.
