About Vino Strada:
Vino Strada is a living space dedicated to wine and gastronomy, bringing together two wine cellars and a restaurant around a shared passion: sharing, discovery and conviviality.
The position:
As Cellar Master, you are one of the faces of Vino Strada and play a key role in the customer experience. You collaborate with the entire cellar team and report to the store manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty;
- Accompany each customer in their choices by sharing your passion for wine, spirits and gastronomy;
- To ensure the proper maintenance of the cellar and the showcasing of the products;
- Participate in stock management and inventories;
- Prepare and track customer orders;
- Ensure the quality of the customer experience;
- Participate in the life of the establishment and in the events organized throughout the year.
Your profile:
- You are organized, meticulous, and know how to manage priorities effectively ;
- You enjoy customer contact and have an excellent sense of service;
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment;
- You have a strong affinity for wine and spirits;
- You know how to tell the story of a region, convey an emotion and share your knowledge with simplicity and enthusiasm;
- You are comfortable speaking English in order to assist an international clientele;
- Experience in selling wines and spirits is a real asset.
