About Vino Strada:
Vino Strada is a destination dedicated to wine and gastronomy, bringing together two wine shops and a bistronomic restaurant around a shared passion: discovering, sharing and enjoying exceptional food and wine experiences.
The position:
As a Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for managing your station and ensuring excellent service throughout each shift. You will work closely with the entire front-of-house team and report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
Your responsibilities:

Prepare the dining room before each service (table setting, cutlery, menus, glassware and all necessary equipment);
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables;
- Present the menu, advise guests on their choices and take orders;
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by answering questions and communicating important information to the kitchen (allergies, dietary requirements, special requests, etc.);
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with the restaurant’s quality standards;
- Clear tables and help maintain a clean and organised dining room throughout service;
- Present bills, process payments and thank guests upon departure;
- Contribute to the smooth running of service by working closely with the entire team.
Your profile:
- You are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities efficiently;
- You enjoy interacting with guests and have an excellent sense of customer service;
- You are a team player and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment;
- You take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation;
- You learn quickly and can easily memorise menu items and product information;
- You have a solid understanding of restaurant service standards and best practices;
- You are comfortable communicating in English and able to interact with an international clientele;
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, food service or the wine industry is highly appreciated.
